General Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the rules that govern your use of Castle Bingo. It explains our relationship with users, what we expect from account holders and the basic terms that apply when you use the platform in the United Kingdom. We use plain language to describe verification, account limits, promotions, payments and how we deal with disputes and changes to these terms.
Account responsibilities
When you create an account with us you agree to keep your login details secure and not to share access with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require identity and address verification at any time - this can include photo ID and documents to confirm ownership of payment methods. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately and follow any instructions we provide.
Eligibility requirements
Only users who meet our eligibility criteria may hold an account. You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a territory where our services are permitted. We may ask for proof of age and residency. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to use another person’s details is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet our requirements.
Acceptable platform use
Use of Castle Bingo must be lawful and in line with these terms. You must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes, to launder money, to tamper with games or to attempt to circumvent any restrictions we place on play. Automated access, botting or scraping is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing. Abusive or harassing behaviour towards our staff or other users is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
General bonus and promotion rules
Where promotions or bonuses are offered they will be subject to specific terms which apply in addition to these rules. Eligibility, playthrough requirements, game restrictions and expiry may vary by offer. If a promotion conflicts with these terms we reserve the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses and winnings obtained through abuse, error or non-compliance. Any general references to bonuses do not guarantee an offer is available.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments to and from your account must be made using methods accepted by us. We may apply limits or require verification before processing withdrawals. All withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts and may delay or refuse a transaction if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or relevant law.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint you should contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the matter. We will investigate complaints and respond in writing. If we cannot agree a resolution, we will explain available independent options for dispute resolution applicable in the United Kingdom. Taking part in any formal process does not remove our right to suspend or close accounts where necessary.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practice or services. We will publish the updated text and, where required, notify you. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes you should stop using the service and contact us to close your account.
