Castle Bingo Bonus Expiry and Wagering Rules

Introduction

This page sets out the bonus-terms that apply to promotional offers and club prize events where verified. It explains how eligibility, play and conversion of promotional rewards operate under the operator’s published materials. Where individual promotion terms are explicitly provided, those terms take priority over the general points below.

Key Bonus Conditions

• Eligibility - Players must be 18 or over and registered members to participate in club promotions.
• Minimum qualifying deposit - Not specified in published materials for general offers.
• Wagering multiplier and calculation base - Not specified. Applicable regulatory caps on wagering multipliers may apply where relevant.
• Maximum permitted bet while wagering - Not specified.
• Expiry - Promotion-specific; general expiry periods are not published.
• Maximum cashout - Not specified except where a prize is advertised for a specific session (for example, a Full House prize up to £100,000 has been publicly referenced for certain club sessions).

Eligibility and Participation

To take part in advertised promotions you must be a registered member and at least 18 years old. Membership can be created via the app or in-club registration. Age and identity checks are applied in line with the operator’s policies - Think25-style ID checks are used and photo ID may be requested. Restrictions on duplicate accounts, shared households, payment-method blocks or country exclusions are not published for general promotions.

Conditions for Individual Promotions

Club prize sessions (bingo prize events)

Reward - Prize sessions confirmed in published material include in-club bingo events and special sessions, with examples such as a Full House prize advertised up to £100,000 for specific events.

Qualifying deposit - Not stated for prize-entry; many club sessions are accessed via membership and session ticketing rather than online deposits.

Code / Availability - No universal promo codes published; availability is venue- and session-specific and may be promoted through the app or at individual clubs.

Wagering and deadlines - No wagering multiplier or claim-to-wager rules are published for club prize sessions. Any entry deadlines or play windows are set per event and published with that event.

Welcome and deposit bonuses

No official welcome bonus in the form of a deposit match, free spins or a published online casino welcome package has been confirmed in available materials. If a welcome offer is later published, its qualifying deposit, wagering, expiration and cashout limits will be stated with that offer and will take precedence.

Free spins, reloads and cashback

Free-spin offers, reload bonuses and cashback schemes are not confirmed in the general published materials. Where app or club-specific promotions mention exclusive offers, those offers will include their own terms; the general site-level rules for such mechanics are not published.

Cryptocurrency bonuses

No cryptocurrency bonus or crypto payment method is listed in verified materials. Any future crypto-based promotion will be governed by its specific terms.

Wagering Requirements and Balance Rules

Published sources do not specify a standard wagering multiplier that applies to promotional funds. Where wagering requirements apply to a specific offer, those requirements will be stated with the offer. Relevant regulatory guidance referenced in operator materials indicates that any wagering multipliers for incentives are subject to an upper regulatory cap where applicable, but this does not imply a specific multiplier is in place for the operator.

Contribution rates by game, the order in which deposited and bonus funds are used, and any maximum bet limits while wagering are not published as general rules. Where an offer includes wagering, the promotion’s terms will specify which balance is used first and any betting limits during fulfilment.

Game Contributions and Exclusions

The operator’s published materials confirm only in-club bingo sessions as the principal verified product. Public materials do not provide a catalogue of online slots, live casino games or contribution rates for wagering. As a result, contribution tables for slots, table games or live dealer products are not published and should be taken from the specific promotion terms where provided.

Bonus Expiry and Cancellation

Activation windows, play periods and wagering deadlines for promotions are set per-offer and are not published as a single global rule. Where a promotion specifies an expiry, that deadline will appear in the promotion text. The operator’s published materials also confirm that deletion of a membership or personal data will end membership status; consequences for active promotional funds on account deletion or cancellation are not published and will be governed by the specific promotion terms.

Withdrawals and Maximum Cashout

General conditions for converting promotional funds into withdrawable balances are not published. Where a promotion imposes a maximum bonus award or maximum cashout, that cap will be included in the promotion’s terms. Verification checks (ID and age) are applied before withdrawals are processed. The effect of requesting a withdrawal on any active bonus is not specified in general materials and will be explained in the terms of the relevant promotion.

Restricted Conduct and Complaints

Confirmed conduct rules include age and identity verification - play is restricted to persons aged 18 or over and members may be asked for photo ID under the operator’s Think25 policy. Specific prohibited behaviours, anti-fraud measures or bonus-abuse rules are not published as general items. In case of a complaint, players may raise the issue via the club contact form or by emailing [email protected]. Local club staff also handle venue-level disputes; the published materials reference a data protection contact for privacy matters.
